Friends of American Heroes is an organization whose goal is to honor American military heroes and their families. Our mission is to promote and nurture family values, friendship, fellowship, and love of country by encouraging participation in outdoor recreation. Our heroes' mental and physical struggles do not end once they leave the hospital or rehabilitation center—they face a lifelong uphill battle. Therefore, to uplift and encourage our wounded heroes as they persevere in life, Friends of American Heroes goal is to provide enriching outdoor recreational opportunities.

To fund our programs, Friends of American Heroes will televise select events on our very own programming—Outdoor Adventures with American Heroes. That, combined with various print, online media, and personal face-to face opportunities, will allow the public to witness every moment of our adventures with these heroes. In addition to providing funds, these media outlets will serve to inform and educate the public on issues that face our military veterans and their families.

Friends of American Heroes will work side-by-side with, and assist other veteran organizations and promote community sponsored events and/or organizations that will support our military heroes and their families now and in the future
